| David Creamer is a Managing Director of the Jefferies Broadview technology investment banking group. He works in the firm's Silicon Valley office and is Co-Head of the firm’s Communications & Computing Infrastructure global practice group. In more than 13 years of transaction experience, Mr. Creamer has advised on more than 50 transactions in the semiconductor and computing hardware industries. Clients he has advised include Alphamosaic in its $125mm sale to Broadcom, Nvidia in its $70mm acquisition of MediaQ, and Chipcon in its $200mm sale to Texas Instrument. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Creamer held marketing management positions at Altera. Earlier, he had been a Financial Consultant at Arthur D. Little and a Product Marketing Manager at Sun Microsystems. He holds an MBA degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a BSEE/CS degree from the University of California, Berkeley. | |
